Bakole wanted to fight Fury, but the prima donna Gypsy Queen is afraid to face him.

 

Jared Anderson will fight Charles Martin instead of Kossobutskyi, he has had Visa problems, what a pity... I was looking forward for that fight and at this point Martin offers nothing new to Anderson, hope the original fight gets rescheduled

 

Rumor is that he could be fighting Tyson Fury next if Derrick Chisora is not available.

Just talked recently in Dubai with a guy of Charr's team. They would like to make Charr vs. Kownacki happen, it would be a nice one for both lol

Man, the original date was my birthday, so I was stoked about getting to see some of my favorite heavyweights fight on a day I already had the calendar cleared for. Not only that, but the 23rd is a weekend I won't even be home. Just my luck

Oh well. Regardless of the date, WAR BIG BANG!

 

So apparently, according to Mike Coppinger our favorite Uzbek heavyweight Jalolov has signed with Top Rank. You know how Bob always makes year end cards in the middle of December? (it was after some reward, and I'm too lazy to look it up). It would mega cool if we get a big heavyweight doubleheader like Anderson vs Ajagba and Makmudov vs Jalolov. Obviously Jared and Makhmudov have to win their respective fights for that to happen. But still it would be very cool!

Top Rank does a good job with American boxers, but ruins European and Asian boxers with long periods of inactivity and meaningless high rish/low reward opposition.

According to Eddie Hearn, Usyk is still supposed to take part in the double header in Saudi Arabia, but against Hrgovic instead of Fury. I'd love to see Usyk get to fight twice in the back half of this year, would make up for the first half of this year being pissed away on the undisputed negotiations.

 

And Fury will be fighting Ngannou in a no-knokdown exhibition!
