Wasn't this fight schedules last week and canceled?
Good thing it's on again and could be a good test for Cornish.

 

Pudar, Pala, Petkovic, would all be challenging fights for him.

 

No way Glazkov would fight Parker at this stage.

Parker is just too big a risk and too small reward at the moment. Not that he isn't good he just doesn't have the ranking yet. I doubt DUCO could pay Glazkov enough to take the risk. He'd probably need million's after the Rossy fight!

If they fought though my opinion:

Parker might not be the biggest heavy but he's bigger than Glazkov, on paper it might not be the biggest size difference but in the ring it will be noticeable because Parker would out muscle him. He will beat him down like the small man he is. Glazkov's power wont deter Parker because he doesn't have enough of it. Only way he could win will be outboxing Parker, which is possible but i'd say unlikely as Parker not only has the power but he also has a good motor, with speed and mobility.

Glazkov will want an easy fight after his razor close decision win over Rossy. Maybe he may even want to rematch that fight as he just had a bad night and would surely dominate if they fought again.

 

Kayode will drop after the Ortiz loss. He will not be a road block. If Parker beats Oquendo the WBA might just make Parker the no. 5 guy.
Jennings, and Wilder are waiting for title shots in the WBC, so a Parker win over Oquendo lines him up. The only other guy in the way is no.6 Travis Kaufman another guy who has proven nothing against a top opponent.
A win against Oquendo opens up the real possibility to fight the Povetkin-Takam winner next year.
I could be all wrong here, but it very well could happen.

 

We honestly don't know enough about Ortiz except he looks good against limited opposition.
He might be a top 10 guy he might not?
WBA interm champ does not = top ten sadly.
