He could do worse for "comeback" opponents, but it's not like he's been retired for 5 years, he just took a year off

Makhmudov would be open, but would Fury?

G-man thinks it is going to be Joe Joyce, and that makes a lot of sense to me.

Lol! Over on the Brit forum, they are reporting Okolie-Tetteh, and Yoka-Korte on a card.

Okolie is such and abject fraud.

    That's the Ghana card
It's a very much opponent heavy show which I imagine is for financial reasons plus you'd imagine they are wanting to ensure some African boxers are featured

Good if it happens, but T Fury is like AI slop. 90% BS most likely.

Next month he will be fighting Andy Ruiz wrestling in jelly. Month after that he will be staying retired to concentrate on his new political career. The following month it'll be Wilder 4.

I'll take Murat. He's 32, a minor belt holder again, he's won two in a year for the first time since 2016 (!), beaten his best opponent since 2018, no injuries when he throws the hook...he's back!

Some good words about Murat and Itauma not wanting that smoke...

    https://www.skysports.com/boxing/ne...a-murat-gassiev-fight-says-promoter-al-siesta

"We delivered the Pulev bout, and he repaid our faith with a spectacular knockout. For me, the most brutal knockout of 2025.

"Gassiev is back to his best; he was one of the greatest cruiserweights of his era and now he has made his mark in the heavyweight division. His injury problems are behind him and now he is ready to take on the best in the world: anyone, anytime, anywhere.

"For me, this is no coincidence. They would have jumped at the chance to face a 44-year-old Kubrat Pulev, but a prime, heavy-hitter like Murat Gassiev? I know the game and I can see why Frank Warren would not want to put his 'Golden Boy' in with Murat. We take it as a compliment!

Well i didn't thk Murat looked very good in that fight. Yes that finishing hook was very good, but i thought it wasn't a good showing. He was slow and i thk old Pulev was ahead on the cards. I thk Gassiev was pretty slow on his feet
