:good 10 more fights. Gradual progression. Get him in wiht the likes of Joey Abell in his 18th, 19th fight. Test his chin some without worrying about loading up. It'll let him know if he's ready for real contention, and right when he'd be peaking at about 28.:think
He's gonna have to get thru Monsour or Thompson or hell, even Frankie Lawrence before he's get a look at a minor title.atsch
I hate to be the bearer of bad news... but the whole damn heavyweight division has been dead for the last decade or more... If I'm wrong please correct me, but we haven't had an undisputed heavyweight champ in 15 years or more.... All the ATGs were undisputed.. Doesn't that mean anything anymore? And the ABC titles...the Junior this, and the Super that, weight classes coming out the ass, just *******izes boxing that much more.. I remember the days when real champs were the alpha male of his weight class.. And none of these split weight classes...jr. sr..turdweight, airweight, fartweight...super fartweight... my ass... No boxing isn't dead... it just smells that way..:fire
We haven't had an undisputed champion for 15 years because two brothers who swore to never fight each other have been the best.
Hey, is that Tommy Morrison's son there...sure looks like him, fight like him too... is he a heavyweight.. first I'm seen of him..
Harris is still good enough to beat some mediocre 12-16 journeyman. He'll win here, but it won't mean much. He had his chance to be a top contender in the late 90s early 00s but those days have long passed, he's still top 50-75 but nothing more than a named scalp for new heavies to add to their resume at this point.
