Uhhh I never said Joshua looked good in the Olympics or that he deserved to win gold. But that has nothing to do with his pro career.
He only had 20 something amateur fights though. Still a good achievement to be able to compete with the guys like Medhzidov and Cammarelle with so few experience.
Uhh no it doesn't. Amateur success or lack thereof isn't always indicative of how someone will do in the pros. It's a good measuring stick sure, but looking at fights that happened several years ago and hyper-****yzing them to try and gauge how someone who has changed considerably will do in a completely different sport is ridiculous.
Actually, you're right. Breazeale wouldn't be able to eat the same shots he took from Consuegra and Kassi, he'd have to fight disciplined. It'd be interseting to see if he could.[/QUOTE] Monsour doesnt exactly take a good shot either. Cunningham actually had him ready to go in their fight, and while I know USS put Tyson Fury on his backside, it was clearly a flash KD, in which Fury walked right into an OH R, whereas USS beat up on Monsour over the distance. Brazeale would hit him with at least twice the force, and with far more effect than did Dawjeko. And we saw Monsour pounding on Dawjeko, USS(chinny) and Price(chinny) and he couldnt really stop any of them. At this point, I believe Monsour would be stopped in 4 rds tops if he were to mix it up with Brazeale.
