June 25 in O2 is the likely date and place for Joshua return.Matchroom is talking to possible opponents,anouncement coming soon most likely.Also,Matchroom are preparing new deal for Joshua.And Joshua will most likely fight in Middle East in 12 to 18 months,and maybe in America in the future,but for near future all the focus is on England.

Today concluded heavyweight and superheavyweight Euro qualifier.In the heavyweight division,Abuldakir Abdulaev won a box off to claim place in olympics.He beat Gevorg Manukian by 3/0 score.Gevorg started fight with the jab and tried to offset Abdulaev.Abdulaev was more active,but didn't land that much,Gevorg did more precise work of the two.In second round Abdulaev started to land seriously and shook Gevorg few times,he outlanded and outworked him clean,in the second round.Gevorg was tired in 2 round.In third,Abdulaev continued with the volume punching and beat Gevorg to the punch.Shook him one time also.

In gold medal match up,Paul Omba Biongolo forfeited his fight with the Lawrence Okolie from GBR.Boxer from France wasn't able to continue,but he qualified by being in top 2.

In the superheavyweight divison,Magomedrasul Medzhidov lost to Joseph Joyce,by 2/1 score,in a tight affair.In first round Joyce set the pace with his jab and precise punching,Medzhidov tried to clip him,but was too slow for Joyce.In the second round Medzhidov found his way trough the Joyce guard and clipped him time and time again,Joyce showed great chin,and eat puches with ease.In the third round Joyce was more active,because Medzhidov was tiring.Medzhidov clipped Joyce,but with no effect,Joyce's face was messed up a bit.Medzhidov was trying untill the last second,but Joyce was offsetting him with his jab and tight guard all round,In the end Medzhidov lost by narrovest margins,but still qualified with second place finish.

Box off didn't start because Istvan Bernath wasn't fit to continue.Ali Eren Demirezen from Turkey qualified for the Olympics.
