Too green to be a good cruiserweight,he had only 28 fights in amateur ranks.Leaves himself too open when attacks and fights like a poor man's Joshua.Would give him more chance at heavyweight.

 

Briggs is useless,he is roided out of his mind and has no chance against any top 10 heavyweights.He needs to retire asap.To make things even worse he has fought nobody to warrant his title shot.I think nobody will bid the second time for Briggs/Oquendo fight as well and this will give chance for young guys to fight for the title,not for over the hill boxers to fight for heavyweight title.
