Joey Abell/Krzysztof Zimoch on 9 September.

"This duel has to end with a knockout," promises the promoter of the event, Tomasz Babylon.

On the undercard, Albert Sosnowski will face Łukasz Różański (6-0, 5 KO).And in still unconfirmed fight Sergei Werwejko (6-1, 4 KO) would face Paweł Wierzbicki ( 1-0, 1 KO).

Solid scrap... I concur with Babylon, there's no way that one goes the distance.

Sosnowski despite being pretty washed up is a massive step up for Rozanski..

Nathan Gorman says he will grasp his big chance to progress after joining forces with promoter Frank Warren.

The Nantwich heavyweight, trained and managed by Ricky Hatton, is moving towards the big time after the link up with Warren, BT Sport and Boxnation it has been announced.

The deal will open the door to greater exposure and bigger fights for the 21-year-old, and Gorman believes working with another of the biggest names in the sport will only help him in his mission to get to the very top.

"It doesn’t get any better than two British boxing legends together, and now I’ve got the chance to work with them," he said.

"Now I’ve got the chance to work with Frank, BT Sport and Boxnation, I’ve got the chance to showcase my skills on a bigger platform. It’s up to me to grab that with both hands now, and I will do.

"If Frank can do half the job he did with Rick with me, I’ll be very happy."

Warren has a long history of working with former world champion Hatton when he was a fighter, and the signing of Gorman represents the start of a new champter.

The former South Cheshire College student had a brief but successful amateur career before turning professional with Hatton in 2015.

Since then Gorman has won all nine of his pro fights, with seven knockouts.

Warren, speaking at a press conference in London, said the opportunity to work with both Hatton and Gorman was too good to turn down.

"Ricky and I had some fantastic times together in the past and now we’re going to move forward and have some even better times.

"The heavyweight division is very lively, and we have a great addition here who is going to make his mark. Nathan is an exciting fighter."

Hatton added: "The first day he came to my gym, Nathan had only been boxing two-and-a-half years and I was shell-shocked to see his talent and ability.

"He’s developing really well. The heavyweight division is probably the best its ever been in Britain with the Tyson Furys and Anthony Joshuas, and I do believe Nathan will end up exactly where they are.

"It’s early days yet, I want to keep his feet firmly on the ground, but I’m very excited. It’s great to be involved with Frank. He’s the best at what he does."

Gorman, expected to go up against Nick Webb for the English title in September, will be in action at the Winter Gardens, Blackpool, on Saturday (July 15).

He'll be looking to make it 10 straight victories at an event which will be screened live on Boxnation

I think he can be great. His inside fighting skills are perfect, he has power and has pretty good hand speed. He cuts the ring off well, as well. His chin looks great as well, Joyce couldn't drop him. He had an extensive amateur career and wins over Omarov, Kuzmin, Babanin(The next great thing) and others.
