Not sure. Haven't heard too much buzz for this fight here in Montreal. I'll find out when I get there tonight.
Willie Nasio vs. Demsey McKean on the 6th of next month for the Australian Heavyweight Title and vacant IBO Asia Pacific Heavyweight Title. Decent regional level scrap. Nasio is anything powerful even if very crude.. Don't know anything about McKean but he is coming off of 2 back to back wins over Hunter Sam who is a regional mainstay and a tough guy.
Both fought and stopped Sam, joining the heavy handed Tupou as the only fighters have accomplished that feat. Here's Nasio/Sam. This content is protected
What's interesting there.. Is that one of the commentators said he's worked with Jimmy Thunder and Kali Meehan and Nasio hit harder than both. IDK about that.... Maybe on the pads. But in the ring Nasio is fighting at a much lower level than either. Certainly is very heavy handed - even if very, very crude.

Hrgovic hasn't signed with Sauerland yet, they will discuss the contract in a 1 weeks time. He will have 2 more fights before year's end. One fight will be held in Croatia. He will face Zumbano Love, tomorrow.
The recent interview with Hrgovic: Eleven years old, the Brazilian has 39 wins (31 knockouts), 15 defeats (5 knockouts) and one undecided fight. - For the first promatch, this is quite a serious opponent. After all, the man is the champion of South America, the fighter that current world champion Anthony Joshua took for his opponent in his professional 12th fight. That's right, I was assigned to the injured Croat in the first fight - he joked Philip from his Berlin bunker. Namely, Hrga saw his first professional struggles to decide on media bail. He turned off the phone so we came up with "special channels". "Since I left Zagreb two weeks ago, I have not come to anyone because I want to concentrate more on the fight. I've only heard a few times with my father and my daughter. Even if it does, they will not be in the ring, because then I would worry too much about them. Where are they doing, is it all right with them, do they have everything they need and the like ... By the end of the year three fights Although the contract with the German promotional company Sauerland Promotions has not been formalized, Hrgović will have his professional debut at their event. Specifically at the World Boxing Super Series, which was launched by Kalle Sauerland. - Sauerland Promotions is all agreed, but I will only be able to talk about details on the snout, one week after this match. And then we could hear a bit more about the following plans: - The plan is to make two more battles by the end of the year, one of which could be a struggle in Zagreb at the end of the year. That was not yet 100 percent agreed, but went into detail consideration of ideas. For my first professional fight in Croatia, and my performance was a major fight in the evening, it would be appropriate to have a hall like Cibonin. To what extent is Hrga nervous before the opening of a new chapter of his sports career? - Honestly, I'm, I'm nervous, mostly because I have not been boxing for a long time, for more than a year. I do not doubt in my qualities, I know that I can work with everyone on the professional scene, but I will need a couple of fights to bring that feeling back to the ice. And what follows is some other level with much more media attention. I'm excited, but I do not know what's finally going on. Filip does not go to the world of the professional boxer with a parachute. - I have 30 fights in the World League and score 26-4. And I fought with the world and European champions, with the Cubans and the Russians, and I broke up with top professionals such as Klick, Wilder, Hayje ... In addition, I've done 50 sparing rounds for this fight, including six against next Joshua's challenger Cubert Puleva whom I am very pleased with. That was another confirmation that I was ready for this. Following a long and hard trip On Saturday night in Riga, besides Hrgovic will be his manager Karim Bouzidi and his personal boxing coach Yousef Hasan (from Dad Jordanca and Mama Hrvatica), which is known from BK Leonardo. - Let's go for a match, step by step, without excessive pressure. I always set high goals and I want to go to the end, but I know this will be a long and difficult journey - Hasan announced. https://www.vecernji.hr/sport/filip-hrgovic-nervozan-sam-jer-nisam-dugo-boksao-1197333
Oscar Rivas could be on the undercard of the fight between Adonis Stevenson and Eleider Alvarez, which should take place in December or at the end of January. At least, promoter Yvon Michel said on Thursday night after his protégé's brilliant victory over Costa Rican Carl Davis Drummond at the Casino de Montréal. "We must increase the value of Oscar by opposing experienced opponents and who have a good reputation. Moreover, the plan is to put it on the gala featuring Stevenson and Alvarez against a reputable opponent. By 2018, it should be close to a world championship fight, "said Yvon Michel. "We're looking for a place for December or January. It's a question of an amphitheater, "he added. http://www.tvasports.ca/2017/09/28/rivas-en-sous-carte-de-stevenson-alvarez
