Fujimoto/Parker is close for December or January!

In December in Japan or Australia to the next defence of the heavyweight WBO world heavyweight champion is expected to join Joseph Parker (24-0, 18 KO). The 25-year-old New Zealand rival will be Kyotaro Fujimoto (17-1, 9 KO).

Parker's camp announced a few days ago that he would like to contest a less demanding rival in the late December and early January to fight the winner of the December reunion between David Hay and Tony Bellew.

The New Zealander last boxed in September, winning points with Hugh Fury. For Fujimoto, it would be the first professional championship in a career.

Adamek will fight Freed Kassi on 19 November!
