Petranyi lost? That sucks.... Gjergjaj has power, but not much outside of that. He's pretty crude.

That's a good fight, Olokoun is a very solid come to win journeyman.

At one time a serious prospect to become the "next Sam Peter", too (as in short and slow but powerfully built, tough, and big-punching Nigerian heavyweight threat).

Even after picking up a few defeats he was feared and respected. He upset Brewster after losing to Charr, and part of the early Kubrat Pulev mystique (along with his amateur background) was that he was being moved amazingly fast taking on someone as good as Oloukun in only his third pro bout. Helenius too got accolades for stepping in with Oloukun in his twelfth.

Povetkin has been a real KO artist as of late, brutally KO'ing seemingly durable opponents in back to back fights. I wouldn't bank on it, but it's not impossible that he KO's Perez late.

I had it a draw. Muralimov is terrible, and last night wasn't even the first indicator.

He only barely squeaked by Evgeny freaking Orlov. :-(

I had him winning against Kabayel, and some say he was robbed against Gerber as well? He really isn't that bad, gave Helenius a good fight also. Much better than his record would suggest, even if he's a bit inconsistent, a very tough customer at Euro-fringe world level when he decides to show up. I think he's probably better than Walker at this point, and he might give Wach some problems early on.

Shame... Was nice to see a guy his age rack up a nice streak like that, even if it was just against local club fighters.

Jason Estrada is in and Mario Heredia is out of this weeks Boxcino tournament.

Heredia had an undisclosed problem with his prefight medical exam.

Estrada is going to face Lenroy Thomas.

Gerber blew. The writing had been on the wall even before Oloukun, in his previous three bouts. Him getting destroyed by Chisora wasn't the least bit shocking.
