Do you think Dubois is ready for someone like Stiverne or Helenius? Both had a poor showing in their last fights. @UnleashtheFURY would like to hear what you think too
Ready for both because they are crap. But he's not ready for Ortiz or even young prospects like Kuzmin(Him especially), Romanov, Afonin, Hrgovic, Timur Musafarov and others....
I think he needs more time developing... No need to rush the guy... Helenius may be more or less shot but he hurt Whyte early on and lasted the distance.
Dubois chin looks questionable but who knows how good his chin really is.....Only time will tell that....
Amateur boxing: Super heavyweight Guido Vianello was absent from this year's Italian Nationals because of injury. While he was absent Mirko Carbotti won this year's Nationals.
Marcin Najman, the organizer of the boxing gala, which will take place on May 25 at PGE National in Warsaw, said that representatives of Bryan Jennings (21-2, 12 KO) had recently contacted him. The American expressed interest in crossing the gloves with Mariusz Wach (33-3, 17 KO) during the event organized in the capital. Yesterday at the gala in New York, Jennings won ahead of time with Don Haynesworth. Recently, a Philadelphia boxer is bound by a contract with the Top Rank group. Jennings and Wach could have been fought in January 2014, but then Artur Szpilka was finally stuck with the American. Jennings also has, among others, duels with Vladimir Klitschko and Luis Ortiz. http://www.ringpolska.pl/mariusz-wach/57183-jennings-chetny-na-walke-z-wachem-na-narodowym

Povetkin - Hammer live stream , starts Friday noon @IntentionalButt @CST80 @KiwiMan @UnleashtheFURY @houmzz http://www.vsenabox.ru/news/povetkin-khammer-v-pryamom-efire-na-sayte-www-vsenabox-ru/
Would a Hammer upset of an inactive (having fought just twice in over 25 months, and neither time with anybody that good) 38 year old Povetkin be a bigger upset than Caleb Truax over James DeGale, the same, or not as big?
I think there was question marks about Degale's shoulder injury, I think that's why he failed to throw, his shoulder is done. Povetkin stays in shape most of the time and is not coming back from surgery, so I think it would be the bigger upset. Inactive and surgery are miles apart, especially though shoulder injuries. I suspect even Hearn knew about Degales decline, perhaps that's why he left him go.
