I think he will wait for the WBO mandatory position. He will get his mandatory position late next year....
Former world heavyweight champion Tyson Fury (24-0, 17 KO) recently changed his trainer and will soon be choosing his promoter. Currently returning to form, the Briton is a free agent, but he does not complain about the lack of offers. The 29-year-old Fury boxed for the last time in November 2015. In his last ring appearances, the Englishman fought as a player promoted by Frank Warren and Mick Hennessy, but as the British press reports, Fury currently does not have any contracts. The Englishman received offers from Warren, who would like to resume cooperation with Fury, but Eddie Hearn, a leading player in the global boxing market, also presented his proposal. Hearna's plan predicts that in a few months, Fury would have had a duel with Anthony Joshua. Fury recently began training with Ben Davidson, who replaced his uncle Peter in the boxer's corner. The Englishman also met with the British boxing committee and regained the license, submitting himself to voluntary retrospective suspension.
"The Ortiz-Wilder fight is scheduled for March 3, it will be a unique moment for Ortiz, it will be his only opportunity (to go for the title)," Sulaiman said. "Ortiz is a very tough boxer. He had a spectacular knockout (over Daniel Martz in two rounds on December 8 in Miami). He's back, he proved his innocence in the issue of doping and he's coming in with everything against Wilder." "It is absolutely a priority to do the Wilder-Joshua fight, but watch out for Cuba's Luis Ortiz when he goes against Wilder," stated Sulaiman, who also said the winner will face Joshua "in the most anticipated heavyweight fight" in 2018.

I think Joyce will be the last notable UK heavyweight to make an impact on heavyweight division..... I don't see any good heavyweights or super-heavyweights in the UK amateur scene. Fraser Clarke looks decent but it is evident that he lacks heart, power and head movement. Chevon Clarke looks promising but lacks concentration at the big stage. Soloman Dacres looks decent but have to improve to make big impact on amateur scene.
TYSON2FASTFURYVerified account @Tyson_Fury Dec 19 I'm on track for my return takeover, 2018/2019 will be busy years for me, Expect 4/5 fights in 2018 then I'll be match fit again & still on top of world
Nick Webb against Daniel Dubois is not happening, Web wants crazy money, according to Frank Warren. Dubois will not fight for the title. And Nick Webb will likely face Tom Little next.
No. Joyce is way more proven as an amateur and in WSB. If they fought tommorow all my money would be on Joyce. Dubois it's still unknown how good he is, he might have a poor chin or stamina or may fail as soon as he steps up, whereas Joyce proved himself as one of the best in the amateurs.
Well, Takam is signed with Opi(Italian promotional company) and that makes Kabayel/Takam unlikely. Takam is fighting maximum 3 fights a year and is facing mediocre opposition while waiting for a bigger fight.
To be honest,i don't think we know yet.Dubois has just turned 20 i believe, and untested at the moment. He has fast hands and can bang.Joyce at 32 has the pedigree, but is untested in the pro's,although he did well in his last fight against a creditable guy. Also and at 32 can't hang about. Only time will tell.
