I think Ruiz Jr beat overrated champ in Parker and that Parker will loose again when he will face Whyte and that will show that Parker will loose every time he faces world level heavyweight. And I think Ruiz Jr is overrated himself and would loose once he would face the very best and would loose to Ortiz or Whyte who both are close to the best.
If champion: Peter? Liakovich? Maskaev? If challenger: Kingpin Johnson, Pianeta, Wach, Duhuapas, Molina, Szpilka, If he slimmed down, he would probably be a light-heavy, so how much punch resistance can he really have?

If Hughie Furie turns down to fight Pulev in a eliminator than Otto Wallin might be the next if he isn't injured.

"Jarrell has demonstrated in his last few fights that he is willing to fight the best and he's stepped up. That's always been our goal. We'll explore other options, but I think we'll have something significant to announce soon
Hughie Furie is insignificant in this time and age because he is and will continue to be fighter who loose once he step to world level.
