    The way things look now unbeaten cruiserweights Fabio Turchi, 15-0 and Tervel Pulev 11-0, will clash for the vacant EU title sometime during the fall.

    The EBU have set down the date of August 9 as the deadline for purse bids or agreements.

    Turchi as been co-challenger since last year when Alexandru Jur was champion and as it was Jur relinquished the title and since then Micki Nielsen and Luke Watkins have been co-challengers but pulled out for various reasons.

    Whyte overall did put on much better performance than Joshua against Parker.

    It is possible that at the end of the year we will see the second leg of Dillian Whyte (24-1, 17 KO) with Derek Chisora (29-8, 21 KO). The boxers crossed the gloves for the first time in December 2016, when after an incredible twelve rounds, Whyte won unevenly on the points.

    - I will make such an offer and see what will happen. Until now Chisora did not want this rematch, because he was afraid of defeat. We will see how it will be now, "said Eddie Hearn, who promotes Whyte and closely cooperates with Chisora.

    Yesterday at the gala in London both boxers won important victories. Whyte won points with former heavyweight champion Josep Parker, while Chisora knocked Carlos Takam off.

    Whyte wasn't afraid, Chisora wanted big stack of cash for the rematch. But they will go separate routes anyway.
