Whyte have all the tools to be third or second heavyweight in the world but he needs to improve his conditioning to go even further

Dillian Whyte (24-1, 17 KO) is in no hurry to make a rematch with Derek Chisora (29-8, 21 KO). The Briton, after winning over Joseph Parker, is keeping an eye on the fight for a bigger stake.

    - If it is impossible to bring these duels, I will simply fight on. November, December? We'll see. I have gone through a lot, I've done everything I need to get a belt fight. I was patient, now it's time for me to get what I deserve. I know that I am a threat to the champions and they do not like it - he added listed in the top-3 heavyweight

Shortly after the victorious duel with Razvan Cojanu boxing heavyweight Luis Ortiz (29-1, 25 KO) declared that he wants to face the WBA champion, WBO and IBF Anthony Joshua (21-0, 20 KO) or revenge for recent defeat WBC champion Deontay Wilder (40-0, 39 KO).

World Boxing Council director Mauricio Sulaiman in a conversation with World Boxing News declared that he saw no problem in sanctioning the clash of Wilder - Ortiz, despite the fact that the challenger Dominic Breazeale (19-1, 17 KO) is already waiting for the championship chance. "For compulsory defense with Breazeale, Wilder has time until the end of the year, so by then the WBC federation would accept a rematch with Ortiz," said Sulaiman.

Deontay Wilder and Luis Ortiz met for the first time in the ring in March this year. The American won by technical knockout in the tenth round.

Whyte also claimed the vacant WBO International heavyweight title against the former world champion, who lost to Anthony Joshua back in March, and he called out the WBA Super, WBO, IBF and IBO champion.

“I’ll be ready for April if Wilder doesn’t take it. I’m still inexperienced and could do with another fight in between,” Whyte said afterwards. “But I’ll speak with Eddie Hearn and see what he can throw my way.”

Frank Warren, the promoter of Tyson Fury (26-0, 19 KO) revealed that talks are under way to fight the WBC heavyweight champion Deontay Wilder (40-0, 39 KO). This message has also been confirmed by the British boxer.

    - I confirm that we are talking and we are very close to the agreement. The fight will take place in December - says Fury, who will fight another fight on August 18 at Belfast, where his rival will be Francesco Pianet.

    - I do not underestimate Pianeta. I know that I have to deal with him first, and then we will fight with Wilder. I know Wilder had a negotiation process with Anthony Joshua, but I keep my word. I said I was ready to fight, so there will be a fight - says the Englishman.

Fury in June returned to the ring after over two years break and defeated Sefer Seferi. Wilder last boxed in March, when he won with Luis Ortiz

On August 24, Marsellos Wilder (1-0, 1 KO), the younger brother of the current heavyweight WBC World Champion, will fight the second professional duel in Minnesota.

Boxing in the junior heavy category, the 29-year-old made his debut among professional boxers in May, knocking out Jalyn Anthony in the first round. The name of his August rival is not known yet.

The main event of the August gala is to be Joey Abell's return to the ring. For a boxer from the USA it will be a return to the ring after a defeat at the hands of Tomasz Adamek.

The IBF have now ordered an August 9th purse bid for their heavyweight final eliminator between Kubrat Pulev and Hughie Fury. Winner of the fight becomes Anthony Joshua’s mandatory.
