Seems like we’ve seen Opetaia against the best he could possibly face in the division, only person to beat Briedis aside from Usyk. Could he have held his own against this version of Evander?
Cruiserweight Holyfield was 190 lbs. 200 lbs Holyfield beats Opetaia. No hate towards Opetaia but got to go with the proven fighter here.
Holyfield was a special fighter still at CW. I posted a thread on here recently asking whether Opetaia would beat Qawi and pretty much everyone backed Qawi.
Holyfield by close decision, just a more proven fighter to me. But if they fought 3 times, Opetaia would probably win one. I think both guys would hurt each other as both had a tendency to brawl.
Holyfield by late stoppage. I think he would be far too aggressive, when he bites down on his mouth piece and comes at you, damn he was ruthless and relentless.
