Which is better and why? Ive heard conflicting stuff about sit ups being bad for the back. Also, Ive read that crunches are ineffectual. The only back pain ive experienced with trying to train my abs, is with leg raises. So I avoid them. My aim is to be as strong as possible. Any advice appreciated
