    Kontroll is fun and thrilling cinema, 9th Company I haven't seen but thx for the tip, will look into it. Another highly recommended Korean flick is Memories of Murder.

    The Host is a good film. Cant remember too much, just know I enjoyed it.

    Yeah, Ichi was great. Asano Tadanobu is a rockstar! Miike Takashi does all kinds of crazy movies (Gozu, Audition), be he's got an underrated road-movie, The Bird People in China, must-see. Another Killer not to miss is John Woo's classic heroic bloodshed. Crazy body count, rivers of blood, and bullets worth of a war movie.

    OLDBOY is a seriously disturbing movie. It's the rare film that actually knocks you on your ass.
