    Something to look into. It really depends on your injury tho.
    Fixed some minor issues I had. Has kept a lot of people from needing actual surgery.
    So like I said, it depends on what you need.

    And I might be wrong, but I doubt a cyro ball will help with you shoulder.

    I use one to reduce pain on a few injuries including a torn rotator cuff. It’s very good for treating muscular injuries but obviously for anything else it’s just for temporary relief.

    As for myself, I like the dynabee much better. It has been copied many times, and each time it has been given a new name. You can find them on ebay in prices from high to low.
