I saw comments that Nietes was badly robbed. Haven't seen the fight. But the majority said Nietes clearly won. Was it actually a good fight?

Wow every scorecard on his forum, aside from myself, has Palicte winning 7-5. Even my even scorecard is a huge aberration to everybody on social media who has Nietes winning wide. Very interesting.

It wasn’t exactly a slugfest but both guys showed great skills throughout. Also a very interesting fight to score. I think the draw was the correct call although 7-5 either way is a good card. A very close fight that was in no way a robbery.

"Smokin" Joe Frazier vs Joe Bugner (July 2, 1973) (12 Rounds Heavyweights)

    Round 1: 10-9 Bugner
    Round 2: 10-9 Bugner
    Round 3: 10-9 Frazier
    Round 4: 10-9 Bugner
    Round 5: 10-9 Frazier
    Round 6: 10-9 Bugner
    Round 7: 10-9 Frazier
    Round 8: 10-9 Frazier
    Round 9: 10-9 Frazier
    Round 10: 10-8 Frazier
    Round 11: 10-9 Frazier
    Round 12: 10-9 Frazier

    My Score: 116-111 Frazier

    Official Scores: (591/4 - 581/2 Frazier)
Winner: By Points Decision (ref only judge as well) "Smokin" Joe Frazier.

Joe wasn't really smokin in this one, a rather dull fight. But that could be because Bugner who was a rather dull fighter did much better than expected and made it that way.

I also had Palicte just nicking it 7-5, the draw was in order. I don't know what those HBO jokers were trying to prove with their talk of robbery. Nietes 7-5 could very well be fair, I'd have to watch again though the crowd was booing I thought it was a very good compelling fight.

They also booed during the Nietes-Reveco fight which had a good combination of action and technical skills being showcased. I don’t get it lol.

You, IB, Drinquor, Chuck, f1ght3rz, Drew, rorschach and I, while we occasionally disagree by a round or two, we rarely have wildly differing scorecards. We're also all incredibly logical people that aren't easily swayed by propaganda or public opinion, while it may sound obnoxious, self indulgent or like I'm patting us all on the back, but let's cut the ****, we're all some of the most well informed and educated fans on the net. Our cards really should probably hold more water than anyone else. Including a lot of these phony boxing journalists that had never heard of Palicte or Nietes before this past Saturday. **** 'em, they're all nothing but water carrying corporate fanboys that go with public opinion, or what they think the prevailing notion is. We're all far more well balanced in our reasoning skills and even keeled than any of them.

i agree, but there are many other posters just as knowledgeable and fair that often disagree with this groups scores. point remains that whatever scores either group ends up with, they come from more knowledge than most of these talking heads.

I rarely have seen your scorecards, but I respect the hell out of you. Everything I've ever read of yours post wise always comes across fair, without alot of fan bias. So I'd have to believe the assumption that you score fair without fan bias whether it's one of your favorites going or not.

Demetrius Andrade vs Willie Nelson (June 11, 2016) (12 Rounds WBC Super Welterweight Title Eliminator)

    Round 1: 10-8 Andrade
    Round 2: 10-9 Andrade
    Round 3: 10-9 Andrade
    Round 4: 10-9 Andrade
    Round 5: 10-9 Andrade
    Round 6: 10-9 Andrade
    Round 7: 10-9 Andrade
    Round 8: 10-9 Andrade
    Round 9: 10-9 Andrade
    Round 10: 10-9 Andrade
    Round 11: 10-8 Andrade
    Round 12: TKO

    My Score: 110-97 (ATOS)

    Official Scores: (N/A)
Winner: By 12 round Technical Knockout to win the WBC Super Welterweight Title Eliminator, Demetrius Andrade.

Nelson did next to nothing for 12 rounds, of course Andrade would not let him. Still, that one sided a fight is dull.

    Round 1: 10-9 Kassi
    Round 2: 10-9 Breazeale
    Round 3: 10-9 Kassi
    Round 4: 10-9 Breazeale
    Round 5: 10-9 Kassi
    Round 6: 10-9 Breazeale
    Round 7: 10-9 Kassi
    Round 8: 10-9 Breazeale
    Round 9: 10-9 Kassi
    Round 10: 10-9 Breazeale

Official Scores: (100-90 Breazeale) (98-92 Breazeale) (97-93 Breazeale)

I could see a one point win for either man being fair, the judges official scorecards were atrocious.
