Soo-Hwan Hong vs Yu Kasahara (February 1, 1978) (15 Rounds for the WBA Super Bantamweight Title)

    Round 1: 10-9 Kasahara
    Round 2: 10-8 Hong
    Round 3: 10-9 Kasahara
    Round 4: 10-9 Kasahara
    Round 5: 10-8 Hong
    Round 6: 10-9 Kasahara
    Round 7: 10-9 Kasahara
    Round 8: 10-9 Kasahara
    Round 9: 10-8 Hong
    Round 10: 10-7 Hong
    Round 11: 10-9 Kasahara
    Round 12: 10-9 Kasahara
    Round 13: 10-9 Kasahara
    Round 14: 10-9 Kasahara
    Round 15: 10-9 Kasahara

My Score: (141-139 Kasahara) (could see a draw or even a 1 point win for Hong, as the 1st & 15th rounds were at least competitive)

    Official Scores: (145-139 x 2 Hong) (145-141 Hong)
Winner: By Unanimous Decision to retain the WBA Super Bantamweight Title, Soo-Hwan Hong.

Real good fight but one of the strangest I've ever seen, very much in the vein of Winky Wright vs Julio Cesar Vasquez. Like Winky Kasahara dominated every second of the fight he wasn't on the canvas (well like I already said the 1st & 15 rounds were somewhat competitive, but I thought Kasahara still clearly won them.) Unfortunately for Kasahara he was on the canvas 5 times in 4 different rounds. Tough break for the hometown kid fighting the veteran Korean champion, as I still thought he edged the win despite the 5 knockdowns, but as is usually the case in Japan, the judges were more than a little generous with the away fighters score. Unlike Wright though Kasahara looked legit hurt and it probably could have been stopped in the 9th or 10th, where as most of Winly's KD's in the Vasquez fight were flash KD's until the 12th when he ran out of gas & was legit stunned (Winky was very young, fighting a much more much different exciting style & fighting for a world title far far away from home as well in France.)

    Sergey Kovalev vs. Eleider Alvarez

    Round 1: 10-9 Kovalev close
    Round 2: 10-9 Alvarez
    Round 3: 10-9 Kovalev
    Round 4: 10-9 Kovalev
    Round 5: 10-9 Alvarez
    Round 6: 10-9 Kovalev
Round 7: Alvarez wins by KO
    (58-56 Kovalev)

I think Kovalev fought a good fight, had a big fourth round where he landed some good power shots but i am quite surprised he didn't hurt Alvarez at all there and i think Alvarez took his power pretty well. Still a close fight, i think all rounds were close (but mostly clear) apart from the fourth round which Kovalev took by a mile.

Watched it again yesterday. Kovalev wen't all out in the 4th and was visibly fatigued in the 5th. He ran out of stamina.
Kovalev took a breather in the 5th and pushed the pace again in the 6th. In the 7th Alvarez came out strong, likely feeling that the fight was slipping away.
Kovalev used a lot of explosive movements and it cost him big in this fight.

Every time I read this thread's title I understand that "CST's score cards are random".

No offense man, but, hahahahahaha, I find it funny after all those discussions about your scores.

You have improved, though. Cheers, peace, and love.

Dillion Whyte vs Dereck Chisora (December 22, 2018) (12 Rounds for the WBC Silver & WBO International Heavyweight Titles)

Round 1: 10-9 Chisora (the body snatcher got body snatched)
Round 2: 10-9 Whyte (Dillion countered very well this round)
Round 3: 10-9 Chisora (great round for Chisora, really busy throwing bombs)
Round 4: 10-9 Chisora (closer round, looked like Whyte might have stunned Chisora with that shot on the break)
Round 5: 10-9 Chisora (he's pulverizing Whyte's body, looked like a clear Chisora round to me)
Round 6: 10-9 Chisora (Chisora is incredibly accurate)
Round 7: 10-9 Whyte (much better round for Whyte, clear round for Dillion)
Round 8: 10-8 Whyte (kinda shitty by the ref to take a point on that)
Round 9: 10-9 Whyte (so even, I almost want to score it that way but I felt Whyte landed harder to take the round)
    Round 10: 10-9 Whyte
    Round 11: KO

My Score: (95-94 Whyte ATOS) (will not argue with anyone that had Chisora ahead after 10)

    Official Scores: (95-94 x 2 Chisora) (95-94 Whyte)
Winner: By 11th round Knockout to retain the WBC Silver & WBO International Heavyweight Titles, Dillion Whyte.

IMO much more entertaining action packed fight then Wilder vs Fury.
