  1. as i understand it, cung le never fought in the ufc?
if he had, how do you think he would of faired? could he of become the champion of his weightclass?

what would of been some of the good matchups with other fighters?

if he dedicated himself to the sport he could have got into the mix.

GSP would absolutely maul him if he got to a title fight. I font see him having much chance against wrestlers like Fitch or Kos either.

  4. i've only seen a few of his fights and he seems more or less all kicks? i'm not saying thats a bad thing btw. i certainly like seeing a fighter that throws a lot of kicks.

if he was to fight regularly he would have had to make his game much more dynamic. he has the skills and ability but he'd have to start putting it into practice more.

coker states that along with frank, thompson and melendez, le is one of the 4 guys who helped make SF.

The prob with Chung is you don't know how good he couldv'e been. He is much older now..and never gave 100% to the sport.

He'll get his ass whoop in the ufc. He has great striking but those ufc fighters would take him down and submit him or gnp his ass.

Le was an All-American collegiate wrestler.
In his day he would have been formidable against either Silva or St. Pierre.

very good point you have. He in fact wrestled and did become All-American. GSP never wrestled before, (obviously that never stopped him). The thing with Le is his devastating Striking. I had the great opportunity to meet him at a seminar he was at for sanshou and lemme tell you, his kicks were INSANE. It's no wonder he broke F. Shamrocks arm.
