That doesn't even make sense. Cunningham went on ESPN and said he wanted to fight the winner of Haye/Macca. He's the IBF champ. Why wouldn't he want to fight the winner of that fight and collect all of the belts? Furthermore, Haye has been whining for years about the weight. He's already gone up in weight before, and he claimed he was done at CW after the Mormeck fight. Fighters contracit themselves all the time. You can't take everything they say at face value.

Posts like these questioning Haye's balls and integrity are the reason behind me posting almost exclusively in the lounge and British forums these days.

The ignorance of some American posters really does flabbergast me. Haye fights Mormeck in his own back yard winning convincingly and gets called a glass jawed joke that never fights anyone? Ridiculous.

Tht's my point. He only had 20 fights, went to the undisputed champions back yard and beat him. Now, how is that NOT impressive considering his best before that was at heavy and his best win at cruiser was for the European title against Fragomeni?

    Oh my ****ing god.

He only beat the lineal and formerly unified champion of the ****ing divison by knockout in his own country!

Is that not enough to prove yourself these days beating a highly regarded champion in his own back yard?

**** who the hell had Cassius Clay fought before he beat Sonny Liston. What a fraud he only beat Liston! Who else is own his resume Henry Cooper! He got dropped by that bum!

Clay is a bum that has proved nothing. He ain't no champion. I mean he only whupped Sonny Liston but thats not enough :rofl

How can you call someone who THEEEE champion a fraud??!?! It really doesn't get much worse than that!

there is a lot of history behind haye-enzo, this fight has been brewing for a long time, that's why haye has taken one last fight at CW.

there is zero history between cunningham and haye. why the **** the question was asked in the first place when haye made it perfectly clear his future is at heavy is beyond me.

like vantage said above, cunningham knows haye is moving to heavy so he can play the "oh he's ducking me" card. then again, if steves got the balls and wants the fight that bad he can move on up to HW and face him there.

I admit, I'm being a little hard on Haye. But the guy set off a nerve with some of his recent comments. Cunningham is one of the most respected guys in the sport. He's had to work his ass off, and has been traveling all over Europe fighting those that are willing. The guy wants to be great, and is willing to fight anyone in the division. Not only that, he has a title is the number 1 ranked contender in the division. Haye has alot of nerve dismissing this guy like he has no credentials. It's ridiculous.

Don't put words in my mouth. I never said he was a fraud. Someone remarked that Cunningham was a nobody and I responded by saying that Haye has fought mostly nobodies his entire career. If Mormeck had the same attitude that Haye has, Haye wouldn't even have a title, and Cunningham has accomplished more than Haye did before fighting Mormeck.

Cunningham is a better boxer than Haye, but Haye has more power. That would be a great fight.

It's ludicrous for Haye to be ripping Cunningham, when he has no intention of actually fighting him. Classless comments by Haye.

That's complete nonsense. Cunningham walks around at about 195 lbs. When he trains, he naturally goes down to about 193. He doesn't have the build to go up to HW. Once again, since Haye is intent on getting his head knocked off at HW, I will be putting all my support behind Macca.

exactly, the fight will never happen, cunningham brings nothing to the table worth haye's time and bother to struggle down to 200lbs.
