I fully admitted that I was only picking Hopkins because he is from Philly. Even if I was from the U.K, I would give Cunningham a legitimate chance at beating Haye.

Cunningham is chizzeled. That guy really takes care of his body. He has a great physique.

Haye was his mandatory so Haye sure as hell would have had a title...Mormeck would have had to vacate and look like a laughing stock. Haye has achieved more than Cunningham and Maccarinelli is a huge fight in Britain.

Americans always remark that oh so and so is a nobody in the States therefore he isn't worth fighting. Ditto for Cunningham over here. Haye has bigger fish to fry after beating Enzo anyway...up at heavyweight.

Yes I know that, but Im using that example to make the point that if your training at full intensity for a massive fight, your gonna lose more than 2lbs of weight. Whereas your saying the guy keeps himself in shape between fights, then trains at full intesity and loses only 2lbs, aint gonna be that little over 6-8 weeks of training.

He may keep himself in good shape between fights, but loads of fighters do that, and still lose around 10lbs (before cutting weight) during their training.

Cunningham has a good chin but I doubt he has big chance of going to distance with Haye. I think Hayemaker would stop him eventually.

Haye is a ****ing chump, just another Brit ducking a legit american contender(future champ). Hatton did it with Floyd until he decided to grow some balls and get it ass torched.

There is NOT ONE crusierweight out there that deserves to fight the winner of Haye/Macca more than USS

If Haye was planning to fight another Cruiserweight instead of Cunningham, then you might have half a point.

As it is, Maccarinelli will still be around, Cunningham's free to try to secure a fight with him.

Haye will always have a question mark over his career at cruiserweight (which, imo, will outdo anything he does at heavy), if he doesn't get a Cunningham fight and the IBF title, after Enzo.

For your info, Britain is not all of Europe. Many germans, polacs, danes (he fought on TV2 sport) etc know him.. so spare your comments about him being unknown in Europe.. he is not. Cunningham makes some very good points and you should try to argue against it instead of making lame comments like "He is not known in Europe"

Bull****. For starters, who is Steve Cunningham? The only reason he has the IBF belt and not Haye, is because Bell was stripped before getting beat by Mormeck.

Plus, he can no longer make the weight. Its not as If Cunningham is this Tyson like monster and Haye will fight other Cruisers after Macca instead of him

Will Kelly Pavlik always have a question mark over his carrer at MW if he does not face Sturm?

Will Calzaghe always have a question mark over his career at SMW for not fighting Bute, or Mundine?

Paper champions my friend, paper champions..

It doesn't work like that. Do you think Floyd will not get back-lash if he retires before facing his number one challenger, Miguel Cotto?

    Same thing.

Cunningham is the top guy at CW outside of Haye, and completely a LEGITIMATE threat.
