Cunningham-Ross and Sylvester-Karmazin RBR

12th and FINAL round...

Karmazin comes out with a jab between the eyes of Sylvester. They lean against one another and arms tangle. Ref breaks it. They come together again and ref lets them work out this time. A lot of head-grabbing and short arm punches. Karmazin tries a double hook, very little on it despite landing. Sylvester keeps leading with his shoulder, charging into the chest of Karmazin and making it an inside war. Karmazin tries to skip back to appropriate range to pop his jab off. Karmazin warned for head clash in the clinch. Karmazin is grabbed by Sylvester and pushes him away. Sylvester walks into a right and grabs Karmazin, jerking him around. Karmazin tries to line him up for a jab and gets grabbed again. Sylvester hitting the side of his head, warned for rabbit punches. Karmazin lands a soft 1-2. Sylvester grabs him. Karmazin goes for broke with a seven punch combo and not much lands as Sylvester ducks and covers.

It's over

 

It wasn't the most dramatic ending, but it's not that both weren't giving it their all. They had just sapped all their strength in the first 2/3.

 

There was at least one warning, but there ought to have been more.

 

Karmazin should be proud of himself, whatever the decision.

Obviously he deserves the win...let's see if he's lucky enough to get it...
