Clearly they were rigging the last card , no surprise it took so long . Draw perfect for germans keeping the belt .

Since when are even rounds not allowed? In whose favor was the card originally?

117-111 was pretty much a spot on scorecard. 118-110 is about the shittest scorecard you can have there's no way RK only won 2 rounds, and 114-114 is better than 118-110, but 114-114 is pretty much giving all the swing rounds to SS.

Yeah, it was clear to my eyes, but I have a very rigid set of criteria for judging. It's to be expected, unfortunately, that professional judges run the gamut in "taste" - some look for different things in their scoring and award certain styles or behaviors more readily than others. Sylvester won a few rounds on my card for landing the harder shots in a few frames despite getting outworked. There were a couple of rounds where someone who's really into the harder cleaner shot thing (and maybe reaching for rounds to give Sylvester) could have done the same thing despite Roman's work being enough to tip it his way IMO.

Giving Sylvester 118 points is unforgivable.

IBF middleweight champion “Hurrikan” Sebastian Sylvester (33-3-1, 16 KOs) and mandatory challenger Roman “Made in Hell” Karmazin (40-3-2, 26 KOs) battled to a twelve round split decision draw on Saturday night at the Jahnsportforum in Neubrandenburg, Germany. As expected, a very close and hard fought fight. The 37-year-old Karmazin was very active, but Sylvester showed good defense, better technical skills and was generally more effective, landing clean right hands throughout the fight. Scores were 118-111 for Sylvester, 117-111 for Karmazin, and 114-114. Sylvester retains his title with the draw. FN scored it 116-113 for Sylvester, but many rounds were close. There was a skirmish at ringside when a member of Team Karmazin objected to the tally of the 114-114 card.

They(ARD) didnt say, but they said that it was not allowed to score rounds a draw under IBF.
And that was the reason why it took so long time, and why Karmazins team went to overlook the judgestable, and was removed.

If even rounds aren't allowed, how can they get a score of 118-111? Seems like one scorecard was allowed to have an even round!

Why did other guys, who are as German as you are, had it differently? See above?!

In my opinion, there's even more grey areas in boxing than there is in handball when it comes to rules and judging rounds. This is just another example.
