    Haye easily.

Cunningham lacks power, so he wouldn't even have a puncher's chance. Haye would outbox him, out work him and then knock him out.

Its actually David Haye Vs. Steve Cunningham!

    Haye by KO.

And for the record Haye is undisputed champion with or without Steve Cunningham.:bart

Sorry, he's not undisputed without the IBF strap.

Haye is not undisputed, he's linear.

i like the way to words that are meant to mean the same thing have been separated.

    Undisputed titles cant be stripped.

I'd go with Haye for the moment, but it certainly wouldn't be easy...

And Haye ain't undisputed until he fights Cunningham.

I may be in the minority here, but I see Steve as the sharper boxer and the better athlete. He also has pretty decent power, though I don't think Haye would be stopped, unless it was late in the fight.

    Cunningham by UD over Haye.

See I find this interesting. I've definately seen more of Haye then I have of Cunningham, and from what I have seen of Haye, he has been fairly impressive (although sometimes unimpressive, even in some of his wins). But from the little I've seen of Cunningham, I'd agree that he is definately the sharper boxer. Which could prove to be a problem for Haye.

But would he have enough power to keep Haye off him for a whole 12 rounds? And how is his chin; would it be able to hold up to Haye's shots if he did catch up to him?

Yeah, as Axe says, Haye beat the man who beat the man... so he's the champ. Nothing else to it.

    BUT

With ALL these sanctioning bodies going around, as Cunningham holds an official WORLD title, I'm sure at least HE disputes Haye's claim to UNdisputed champ. :p

I saw Cunningham v Huck and i was very impressed. Huck is a great brawler, but was just outboxed for twelve rounds as he danced aroung, flicking the jab, going in with sharp combinations. Haye might be his match though. I see it very close, but if i'm gonna predict, i'd say:

    Steve Cunningham SD David Haye

I think we should all use a lil bit more intelligence and go back to calling linear and undisputed champ the same thing, which in essence they are.

Lennox was still undisputed champ with ro without byrd and Ruiz holding belts, tszyu was undisputed whether or not the WBC abd WBA took his belts away, and Pavlik is still undisputed champ even though he only holds the WBC and WBO...

    haye is Undisputedly the Champion.:(
