    Why is Frans Botha introduced or acknowledged as a former IBF champion, yet James Toney has won the WBA title over Ruiz and got stripped in the same circumstance as Botha.

    But Toney was never mentioned as "former WBA champion." :think

    Who gives a ****.A lot of people including you still say Toney was WBA champion anyway so what`s the problem? They both never deserved the titles but were named as champions.
