You think so?....Diaz was a unified champ and was competitive with the great Marquez.

would be a good scrap. Diaz was a good fighter and gave Dinamita a tough, hard earned victory. and i dont think broner would stand a chance against that version of Marquez either.

I was thinking the same thing. FMJ vs Jesus Chavez all over again. Diaz would get uppercutted into submission.

Broner ain't as slick as he think he is...Diaz throws a ton and throws em quick.

I have no real opinion on it right now...One result I'm sure that would not happen is Broner winning easily.

Diaz doesnt have the power to win a fight like this look at his fight against nate campbell it would be competitive early but diaz takes too much punishment and gets stopped in the later rounds

that feather fisted kid with no defense would have gotten killed by Broner

That's a good fight. I think Diaz was a good enough to get inside on Broner and land the flashier combinations while keeping a tight guard and minimizing the hard flush shots that would put him in trouble. Broner would go at his body though for sure, it was usually pretty open, which would help him out in the later half of the fight. He could hurt Diaz too, even though the kid was tough. The later rounds would determine who wins the fight, but I think by then Diaz would have built himself a lead on volume punching.

Diaz was only out-done on the inside by Campbell, who had the superior use of angles in the pocket and lateral boxing ability, which Broner lacks, and Marquez, who used a more conventional guard and stance to weave under the shots and set up hard counters & combinations, another thing Broner doesn't implement in favor of a more planted, secure guard and more selective power punches.

Come on man, nobody on the championship level has "no defense", sick of that term, and Diaz's feather-fistedness was over-emphasized. You think Broner "kills" everybody.

Diaz punches would not hurt Broner one bit. And Diaz had no defense he was just a tough kid. Broner would land 50 plus percent power shots vs Diaz. I liked Diaz but I knew he was going to get chopped down for those two reasons
