Chauncy Welliver is easily the best American HW. He is also the best New Zealand HW, best Chinese HW, etc. Champion of New Zealand, China and Continental Americas.

Mansour is a CW. He is vastly overrated. He is too old and too small to be a HW prospect. When I heard he was going to drop to CW to fight for the title like Marone, I figured he'd be ended there. Either way, Mansour is not going anywhere.

But on the other hand, since the most accessable food is now the most unhealthy, there isn't a great start. Obesity among the poor in the US is at a much higher rate than with the rest of the population.

Have you actually seen the dude? I have no idea how he could possibly drop to cruiser without losing about 15 pounds of muscle. The lowest he's weighed since getting out of jail was 217, and he was built like a brick house. Here's from his last fight:

Also, I'm not quite sure who's rating him, other than the WBO for some stupid reason. Even the people defending him in this thread are just saying he's someone to watch, not that he's great or anything. He's an exciting, powerful southpaw, but he's also raw, old and short. I don't think anyone is saying he's a future champ, just a good story who's fun to watch and could step up to contender level soon.

I've seen his mug everywhere posted by his lackies.....Team Hardcore is not happy.

One of his cronies on Boxrec...exitored, said he was offered to face the same guy Marrone fought. I imagine with his muscle that he could drain quite a bit of water out of himself. Lose 5-10 pounds, dehydrate the rest, go back up to about 210 for fight night. Though, he is old as hell, maybe draining is not up his alley.

Those WBO rankings were updated this morning, mate. The WBO puts up it's new rankings on the 1st day of every month.

    Carlos Negron was never ranked.

You call people Idiot and STUPID??....

Graziano stated that he is eventually moving to heavyweight as he gains weight as so many cruiserweights have done....at 24 years old he will eventually settle in there.

Welliver was born, raised and 90% of his career was fighting out of Spokane, WA...he has not given up his U.S. citizenship.

write these words on your forehead.....toidi and diputs and then look in the mirror.
