I would say Zab and Khan. Pac is close. Marquez isn't quite there, but his anticipation makes up for it.

 

Nobody is that fast really. Bradley has some ok handspeed, but has a bad reach.

 

Pacquiao.

 

Khan is a good pick but I wouldn't really consider Zab since he's a three rounder at best.

 

Pac is equal, Zab and Khan are up there too. Marquez is not even close.

 

Prime Zab had quicker hands. Think floyd has the edge ATM due to preserving his body better.
