Anywhere high on your P4P lists, out of curoisity? Not top ten neccarsily, but up there regardless.

Roy Jones Jr, Floyd Mayweather, Manny Pacquiao, or Beranrd Hopkins.

Roy Jones is between the 25-30 mark, Floyd and Hopkins in the top 50, possibly top 40. Pacquiao top 100, not sure where.

Sure, I'd like to see those three ranked as well, if they make it on the top 100 or thereabouts.

I wouldnt say anything bad to any1 if they had Jones or Mayweather very high , lots of people give more credit to the old timers and rightfuly so . Bu there are plenty of good arguments to be made for Mayweather to be high aswell

I notice a trend in which people are afraid of looking like a "newbie" or sounding unimformed when they give lots of credit to an active fighter. Giving respect and adulation to an older fighter is fine if merited but it shouldn't preclude the newer generations from receiving due.

Reasonable, although I would be having Jones lower. Not that far ahead of Hopkins, in fact.

I was thinking about this earlier. Roy is definatly top 20 imo. I do rate H2H ability highly, also starting at 154 and winning a belt at Heavy is some achievement. Hopkins is Top 30-40 actually was just a quick list initaily. :good

No, because I don't like to rate fighters before I've had a chance to properly judge their career you ****.

The Ruiz win is his best in my view. It is some achievment. I'm big on h2h too - i'm just not as satisfied as you are with the Jones chin (and we know talking about it gets us nowhere!). I think 20 is excessive for Jones, but there is probabably an argument for having him around 25. I bet i'd have him 30 ish, Hopkins 40 ish.

Roy Jones jnr, Floyd Mayweather, and Bernard Hopkins would get into my top 100 fighters of all-time with ease. Not sure exactly where I'd have them as would need to put some serious thought into it.
