I'll wait till they are done before I give them a solid ranking. Saying things like Floyd is top 30 or even top 20 as some are saying now is way premature.
A couple of losses in his next few fights and you may think of him in a totally different light.

BTW, at bantamweight, Zarate hands Pac his head on a stick :good

id say his career is just about done, maybe 1 or 2 big fights to go. The man won lineal belts in 3 weight classes, beat 12 beltholders, beat just as many ranked fighters as whitaker. Yet u wanna rank whitaker at #10 and hardly place mayweather at #100. Is a win over a 93 chavez really that great of a feat, cuz its the main reason why he ranks higher.:huh

Im positive manny pacquiao will go down as a better fighter than carlos zarate. No point in debating it cuz most will see him as greater.

at least pac destroyed an atg in his prime like barerra, zarate has beaten no atg, none.

Well, just for starters, I had Floyd losing to an old DLH. I had Whitaker beating a prime one when he was old.

Secondly, the Chavez Whitaker fought would walk through anyone Floyd has fought to date at the stage in their careers that he fought them.

Heck I'd take Buddy McGirt to beat the likes of Hatton and Judah pretty comfortably.

I'd take the Azumah Nelson that fought Whitaker at 135 to beat Castillo and Corrales as I would take Jose Luis Ramirez to beat them as well.

idk, its all speculation, theres many here that will disagree with that.

I have seen many de la hoya-mayweather threads, and about 95% of this forum had mayweather winning, so your scorcards, r what they are, off the charts.

Hmm, weird considering Pac's record against both of them, I guess.

Even now he's got some amazing wins on his resume.

What criteria do you use to determine your ATG list?

Mostly accomplishments for their era (which is why someone like Bob Fitzsimmons would get in above James Toney).

You have, in fact, examined his career fully? How do you know where they place if you haven't examined the other fighters that may be ahead of them, or do you just change your list constantly?

I know Morales' career a fair bit better than the others. I still refuse to rate him as of yet, but I'm quite sure he'd be top two hundred.

The criteria Manassa uses is that you have to be 70 + and happily living your life in a wheelchair or be deceased. And fighters with under 50 fights are automatically excluded no matter how good a resume they have.
