LOL, people saying that he looked bad against Conor. It was 100% clear, that he let Conor to punch him, and he didn't want to hurt him otherwise the Irish is not the same fighter anymore and no more fights in the UFC.

He is still training, he could beat most of the guys in welterweight, and i'm really not a Mayweather fan

 

Paulie is literally tailor made for Pacquiao. That is a fight where I would be willing to bet my life on it.

I agree completely Mayweather had a strategy and it worked. He carried Conor. He 100% certainly did not "let" Conor hit him. That is simply a moronic statement. He never would let anyone get a free shot.

 

And do you think Conor would have been able to hit Mayweather if he fights like in the video from the previous night of the fight? If he would have fought like that, the fight is over in 2 rounds, and everyone would be angry on Floyd for cherry picking. The real challenge for Floyd was that to make this fight look real. And that uppercut didn't hurt him at all, i'm sure.
When Conor was close to stoppage, and he didn't even protect his head, Mayweather was still hiting only his hands, you can't tell me he didn't protect him.
Floyd was really kind with him, after all the trashtalks the Irish did.

 

I know this is not baseball but even Old Floyd pitches a shutout (8-4 worst case scenario) vs prime Malinaggi.

 

My comment had nothing to do with Mayweather really. I'm genuinely wondering what people consider 'prime' Paulie. Hype for him was definitely at his biggest during his 140 title run before the Hatton loss but I actually think he was most effective during the Diaz robbery/rematch before the Khan match .
