    :patsch
    You didnt understand

Eubank was part of Joes 168lb era, it was where they contested Eubanks old title.
Hopkins existed in a pretty good LHW era and was beaten by Calzaghe. Hopkins was arguably one of the most dominant LHWs at that time and won some world titles and beat some world champs but his time as champ was tarnished a bit by the fact Calzaghe moved up a weight, beat him and retired, which removes the dominance factor for Hopkins.

Im still guessing you havent grasped this but re-read the first post you responded to as you seem to be trying to trail off HWs and as I have said previously, not as many HWs get established in lower weights before becoming HWs nowadays. Only a few like Haye, but not many

Eubanks came from a MW era and stepped in at two weeks notice to contest for the vacant 168 title after somebody pulled out.

Was Eubanks part of Cruiser weight era cos he contested for the The Cats Cruiser WBO Title?? :rofl:nut

Eubank had more SMW title fights than MW title fights and contested Thompsons CW titles after the loss to calzaghe.
Please stop wasting my time with your lack of knowledge and posting which has been exposed many times.
Why didnt you honour your ban? It would have done ESB a favour. Now please stop posting irrelevant posts about fighters not in a division about the division we are on a post about and that you know so little of.
    thank you

Yes thats true , my memory of the era needed brushing up upon. But he still wasn't part of Joe's SMW era.
He wasn't even fighting at 168 anymore when he stepped in to fight Joe at late notice.
He barely had a decent win at 168 since he beat Watson in 1991 . Deserving the loss in the Benn rematch and getting a draw to losing twice to Steve Collins IN 95. Then He fought Joe 1997.
Its like saying Ali was part of Larry Holmes era.
That was a poor win for Calzaghe. Eubank was well and truly past it. The best guy he met out of 21 defences was Kessler. Thats not the sign of a great era.

Here you go again going on about something you know little about and talking about a weight not relevant to the thread.
You really havent a clue with what you are posting. I was going to bump an old post to show you how far out you are especially about saying Eubank barely had a decent win when you fail to realise some of the good fighters he beat or undefeated rival champs (relinquished title) at the weight, but it would be pointless as you would mess up with the very next post and still havent understood the original post on this thread that I wrote.
You shouldnt be posting on what you dont know and eras you are not familiar with, it makes you look like you dont know whats going on. You would be better off asking questions and not trying to argue with subjects you know little of :patsch:oops:

1996 easy with the fighters you listed. Though I am for sure excited about Heavyweights for the first time in a long time.
