Floyd struggled to hurt people in the 140 range. He not doing nothing to someone who proved strong enough to withstand flush hits from a natural 175 pounder. That’s to say nothing of the fact that Floyd is retired, is in the beginning phases of being middle aged where punch resistance goes down and add to that, Canelo is one of those guys who does not take well to being embarrassed in the ring and we all know Floyd embarrassed the hell out of him. There’d be no mercy for Floyd. I'm just gonna say it here: Canelo would murder Floyd.
What’s important is Floyd beat Canelo when Canelo was at his best at 23 years old, 8 year pro and Floyd was a veteran of 36 years old approaching retirement.
