Apologies for going on very old ground here, but done a search and could only find either really old threads or threads from the Gen forum which is full of trolls and people who know **** all.

Who do you think are the current p4p biggest punchers?

Lots of mentions of Haye, Abraham and Maidana in the old threads (and Valero before he snuffed it) but is this still the case after their recent fights?

Nonaire still up there in my opinion. Ortiz? Berto? Wlad should be up there in my opinion.

Again, sorry for going on old ground but P4P biggest punchers is something that changes regularly much like rankings etc

Maidana doesn't warrant a mention IMO.

Bailey, Lebedev, Segura, Donaire, Segura, Rios, Gamboa(arguably), etc.

Haye surely deserves a mention, many people seem to have an immediate reaction.

Nah, he landed solid power punches flush on David Haye's dodgy beard and didnt even put him down, he's a good puncher but top P4P and hes like 250lb, nope.

Even at 147, I think Pac is a dangerous puncher. He's definitely amongst top P4P bangers of the sport alongside:

    - Donaire
    - Gamboa
    - Wlad
    - Maidana
    - Ortiz

I think Rafael Marquez is the bigger puncher of the two..... though JMM has faced durable guys like Casamayor, Diaz and Katsidis, stopped all of them, albeit on accumulation.

Pacquiao isn't that big a puncher at 147, comparable with JMM at 135 I'd say. Maybe slightly bigger. Being unable to stop Clottey, Margarito and Mosley isn't anything to be ashamed of, mind.

If Clottey had done anything other than stand there I think Pac would have got rid of him. I see he's not fought since, maybe Bob doesn't have any use for him these days.... he knows which side his bread is buttered :yep

He ain't stopping people, admittedly he's been in with some good chins recently. He has enough pop to discourage but I don't think he's up there with the likes of Donaire.

At 147 he seems a stiff puncher rather than P4P top end material to me.
