As of 2021, but names from that Oct. 2020 list? Manny obviously Canelo possibly Maybe: Loma Inoue TC But why haven't they updated it as of 2021?
People were putting Spence on the list after beating Brook. It took a single world title fight for people to throw Spence on the list. I can't think of many other fighters who got the same treatment. At least with Lopez he beat a top 5 p4p fighter.
