Thoughts on this list: 1 CANELO ALVAREZ 2 NAOYA INOUE 3 TERENCE CRAWFORD 4 OLEKSANDR USYK 5 JOSH TAYLOR 6 ERROL SPENCE JR. 7 TEOFIMO LOPEZ 8 JUAN FRANCISCO ESTRADA 9 VASILIY LOMACHENKO 10 KAZUTO IOKA
Move Estrada and Ioka up above Spence in my opinion and you have a surprisingly down to earth list for Ring standards.
Fury is P4P. After he sons Wilder again and AJ it's too late for anyone to jump on this bandwagon, it's full and I am gatekeeping it. P4P lists are the most fickle meaningless things I've ever seen. When AJ crunches Usyk's skull and starts eating him suddenly he won't be in this P4P list anymore, even though Usyk shouldn't even be at HW and will retire after his payday. It's just nonsense. Crawford is about to retire after beating some nobody, of course he will take the opportunity to call out Spence when he moves to 154. Just a big joke. Loma was everybody's #1 omg matrix omg he's so sexy in till Teo slapped him & he was off! Meanwhile you have Fury dominating reigning champs in their own backyards unbeaten will slap Wilder & AJ yet he isn't on there. AJ would be on there if he didn't get trounced by a little fatman. Everyone will put Spence above Crawford (finally) after he beats up a 50 year old midget called Pacquiao Canelo is the P4P greatest sex machine , what because he lost to GGG but got a gift then beat him? Get some perspective fools! I thought all these plastic alphabetti spaghetti titles were the most laughable pieces of garbage in the sport but P4P might actually be worse. This content is protected
Good list. People will be saying Fury should be there.......he's fought 7 times in 6 1/2 years. Let that sink in.
AJ has fought 11 times in 6 1/2 years. Fury has fought 7 times in 6 1/2 years, 4 times less. Fury had just over 2 years out, which is typically at least 4 fights. So? After fury has scalped Wilder & AJ we can finally ignore the crying about his activity and number of defences. It's all hodge podge. Meanwhile AJ is the one running his mouth crying that Fury is so much more experienced than him making his pre-emptive excuses. LOL.
1 - Inoue 2 - Usyk 3 - Lomachenko 4 - Spence 5 - Taylor 6 - Fury 7 - Estrada 8 - Crawford 9 - Ioka 10 - Clenelo
You should work on your maths ! 2 years out for Fury = 2 fights. Im not denying he's not very good. He's just is too inactive. Fury probably beats Wilder easily. However, his lack of action makes the AJ scrap not as straight forward as it did 18 months ago.
My maths is bang on, 2 fights a year is typical & the minimum. Sometimes even 3 per year. I'm not doing an average of his total fights per year over the last 6 years. I'm saying if he didn't have 2 years out he would have had another 4 fights, bringing his total to 11 fights, the same as AJ.
It's just 'ifs, buts & maybes' though. Top Heavyweights rarely, if ever have 2 fights a year. Money & PPV has seen to that. The facts are plain to see. We have different opinions which is fine by me. Again, l like Fury, Joshua & all British boxers. You are purely a Fury man, which is great.
