1. Joshua 2. Klitschko (Even though probably beats Joshua) 3. Povetkin (Most likely beats Joshua) 4. Ortiz 5. Parker 6. Wilder 7. Pulev 8. Whyte 9. Ruiz Jr 10. Browne
He has at least served a ban for it and it wasn't quite as recent, I've lost count of the amount of recent tests Povetkin has failed. I'm not saying that excuses Ortiz by the way but at least he's served a punishment
I'm with this but would trade 6 and 7 + a dedicated-ish Fury with 6 months lead in time would likely slot in somewhere, and Usyk even now could conceivably be anywhere on that list. Haye really needs a top ten win first IMO - as someone who has had shoulder problems myself I appreciate how difficult it is to really overcome shoulder injuries 100%.
Cleared because there were only traces, the fact remains he was still on the stuff. Just like Lucas Browne you can sympathise with one failed test but 2 in quick succession is unforgivable for me. If you're putting all that aside I'd have Povetkin 3rd on this list
Wlad Joshua Povetkin Ortiz Parker Takam Pulev Wilder Ruiz jr Jennings Fury omitted not sure if he will ever be back.
