I would put Ruiz jr and Takam over Whyte. I think Parker would've had an easier time vs Whyte than vs those two
7. Mike Perez (WHAT??) 12. Anthony Joshua (Really, even I'm not that harsh) 13. Mailk Scott (bah ha ha ha) 29. Andy Ruiz (way way too low)
Lots of love for Povitkin on this forum.Don't think he fights outside Russia again .Pity would have been interesting seeing him in action against the top boys at HW.
1. Joshua 2. Klitchko 3. Wilder 4. Ortiz 5. Haye 6. Parker 7. Whyte 8. Pulev 9. Breazeale ( Only lost once to the top guy ) He would defeat many guys others listed (Even if you dont think so!) 10. Izu Ugonoh ( looks the part /highly talented) skills don't lie and he has them. THE 12 THAT DIDNT MAKE THE CUT 1. Fury hasn't competed since 2015 and by the time he has another fight (IF) it wont be until 2018...how could you have the guy ranked at least top 5 and not even know if hes coming back? 2. Povetkin ???? Yep 3. Miller . Hasnt fought anyone and has dedication issues 4. Ruiz jr. Undersized and ..see Miller 5. Takam. Who has this guiy ACTUALLY beat in 12 years? ...WINS count more than good fights ,im not sure ppl get this yet. lol 6. Jennings . A solid fighter but somewhat limited, i beleive anyone i listed defeats him. 7. Browne ? Why! 8. Stiverne ? Another limited guy with poor as hell career and shouldn't have even defeated Rossey in his last fight.Another Takam with slightly better skill. 9. Hughie fury. Until he shows ANYTHING of note he doesnt belong.a win over parker will certainly do that. 10.Shannon Briggs. Still VERY dangerous a live wire, who has skill can punch and has experiance. Until he defeats anyone in the top ten ( which hes capable of) you cant put him in the top 10. 11. Chisora. Still a tough top level guy but he falls short to the other guys i listed and the ones who are improving with every fight. Chisora has reached his peak. 12.Washington . A good prospect he falls anywhere in the middle with the other up coming talents.A win over wilder puts him in top 5 for sure.
Like it or not Fury is still the number 1 heavyweight on the planet. Yes someone else can overtake him, and be recognised as the number 1 heavyweight, but you have to at the very least achieve more than what Fury achieved to overtake him. Wladimir beating the number 2, and another top 5 heavyweight would do it for me, for everyone else it means beating Wladimir and another top 5 heavyweight contender. I think this is both reasonable and sensible.
1. Parker*(WBO HW champion of the world) 2. Joshua* (IBF HW champion of the world) 3. Wilder*(WBC HW champion of the world) 4. T. Fury* 5. Klitschko 6. Ortiz* 7. Povetkin 8. Haye 9. Pulev 10. ??? Had to put in brackets justification of my top 3. *=undefeated fighters, I got 5 fighters there that havent lost. Its a fair list IMO.
1. T Fury 2. Wlad 3. Joshua 4. Povetkin 5. Parker 6. Wilder 7. Ortiz 8. Haye 9. Pulev 10. Browne. This list is regardless of PEDS or lack of action. The ranks 3-8 are extremely close in my opinion. Any of these guys could be interchangeable until we get to see them in the ring. So end thread. Nakifan has the list sorted.
#1 Tyson Fury REST OF DIVISION IS IRRELEVANT Wilder - Basketball player Wlad - OAP robot AJ - Bodybuilder Povetkin - Drug cheat Haye - Clown sideshow Bob Parker - Hyped up C level New zealander Ortiz - Old man prior drug cheat
Dude I feel dirty just thinking about half these heavyweights nevermind trying to rank them between one another. All I will say is AJ shouldn't be so high on people's lists based on his resume. Based on how good he can be i'd rate him probably #3. Right now he is down in the lower end of top 10.
Fury is still innocent intill proven guilty. Cocaine is not a PED (although possibly if used during a fight which he did not)
None of your top three beat a world level oppoent. Fury and Wladimir have. This is why Mickey Mouse belts mean nothing, anyone can get one by beating a low level fighter.
