    Queen Ry probably leaves the biggest legacy out of all these fighters, as he has the most potential IMO. David B. comes in at a close second.

    Don't forget Adam Azim, the Brits love hyping up their hype jobs from the get go.

    Edgar Berlanga is easily the biggest hype job and, perhaps, the only hype job on your list. A lot of these guys may be getting more pub than they deserve but most are good if not very good fighters. Berlanga is not a good fighter and his 15 minutes of fame is basically over anyway. Perhaps, since I think you only named one hype job, I need to know what your definition of a hype job is.
