Since the Herbie Hide fight, Vitali was physically in his prime. However, he lacked something: experience in big fights. In the Lewis fight, he learned that.

After the Lewis fight, I think we saw a peak Vitali Klitschko in the Johnson, Sanders and Williams fights.

    Then he retired.

Then he cameback in great shape, but it wasn't the same: Vitali was over 37, had some serious injuries and the time off always have effects.

But I will say this: After George Foreman's comeback, Vitali's comeback is the best ever in the heavyweight division. And, h2h, he would beat old Foreman.

its sad how little sanders and johnson thoughts so little of Big Bro that they came in in such shitty shape. Sanders was beating his ass for the first round and a half until he got tanked! I do not know how anyone can put that fight up as any type of accomplishment . . . hhahah. yes he beat an out of shape golf pro, one with huge potential but a golfer non the less . . . ahahahaaaha

Vits head and body movement was insane. If that version of Vit was still around then Vitali KO -1 Solis.

yes, Don Vito did mess him up for 6 rounds. The first 2 were pretty harsh and one of the bodyshots that landed on Vit almost broke his chest (he mentioned that in his interview).

Past prime due to years of kickboxing before boxing. Still at his age and his comeback with no tuneup fight and what he is doing at 40. Have to give the man respect. Great Boxer and athlete. Respect....He has earned it.

Almost way past his prime. He's a lot slower and less powerful than the complete colossus that performed so well against Lennox 8 years ago. Still a very good fighter though.

Vitali appears to be improving!!!!!!! The haters said that Vitali had no chance Vs. Solis, well..................he knocked Solis out with a right hook to the temple in the very first round!!!!!!!
