Big deal. Puerto Rico has a population of 4 million and have been P4P head and shoulders above every other nation for years.

Yeah Lopez had a 4 minute "fight" with some guy about a month ago, and waiting on the Salido camp. I haven't heard 1 mention of this rematch being in Mexico. Of course it would be fair, but what's really fair in boxing?

Speaking of that...would you rather have some "real" top of the line fighters or 50 mediocre ones. I'll take just having 1 champion right now as opposed to 50 no name guys getting props just for waving the flag. It's all a cycle...there will be more true champs soon enough.

    Is that so?

    Panama :
    Population - 3,405,813

2 World Champions, Anselmo Moreno, Guillermo Jones.

Plus the Greatest Latin fighter of all time Celestino Caballero:rofl, seriously Roberto Duran.

Give credit where it's due to the P4P per capita Boxing Champs, not even 3.5 Million. :deal

You might be confusing PFP with per capita:think

I am not even a big Cotto fan at all. I actually don't care for him much. What I will say is that I still think he's better than a lot of fighters now carrying belts. But I always give props where due.

PR has a number of prospects like they usually do, and I expect that number to go up real soon.
