Curtis Cokes and Gypsy Joe Harris were in talks for a rematch for the title after Harris upset Cokes in their first encounter, but it never ended up happening. If it did, who do you think would've won?
The fight was signed and days from happening when Cokes promoter was stripped of his credentials for doing some dodgy stuff. Can't remember what. So it was cancelled by the commission. Over 15 in Texas I don't think he would have got any favours.
I mean it's quite possible. He already had the W over Cokes. But given the conditions of fighting in Tejas against an established 15 round fighter. It would have been a tough ask.
