Good man Curtis - only you know exactly what personal pain the guy had caused you and yours, and I reckon you knew he'd probably **** it anyway - but I think you did the right thing, people should be reminded to take responsibility for their actions and be aware of consequence. In this world personal electronic communication is as valid as talking face-to-face.

I watched Curtis while he was at Hull City - decent player when he could stop trying to get into a fight with every opponent....

    Born to scrap.

i never regret leaving football when i did, the fire had gone and i was nowhere near the player i was because i had no love left for the game, i regret wasting my talent while i did play by boozing and dicking about, im a miles better footie player than i am boxer but i love boxing and enjoy what i do, its a strange one but thats my life!

the game has changed so much, the huge amount of money in it has taken it away from the man on the street and the players play for money fame and fortune not the love, best i ever played with and against was steven gerrard, he had it all

The guy was a plonker but fair play for going on tv and apologizing. Hilarious gap in confidence between pro boxer and Twatter troll.
