Teddy Atlas. He claims that Mike put his hand down the pants of Atlas's 12 year old Stepdaughter and Atlas later put a gun to Tyson's head and told him if he ever ****s with one of his family again, Atlas would kill him. To emphasis the point, Atlas then fired the gun into the ground. This is why Atlas was given the boot from the Tyson camp, according to Atlas.
Been around for ages man....Not sure there was actual allegations of molestation but that he was gay and liked to watch young boys in the gym and why he let them live in his house etc. There was an excellent article in Playboy magazine years ago that interviewed everyone in the original Team Tyson (Steve Lott, Rooney, Atlas, Byranski, etc.) and the topic was touched on you can probably find it online. The ONLY person I have seen come out and say outright that D'Amato was a Homosexual was Tommy Gallagher it is online also in an interview he claims it was well known in the New York area and he also claims Jim Jacobs was also. Again, NOT saying I agree or that it is Fact just saying there is talk out there and you can find it in articles online.....
Thanks John. Scary just how seasoned Tyson was even as an amateur. John, quick couple of non-thread-related question (hope everybody else doesn't mind.) You've seen Manny Pacquiao train up close and first hand and been with his camp when he fought Marquez in 2004. After that last fight, you think he should hang em up, or he can regroup? When he takes JMM on again in Sept. you think he has a shot or will it be a RJJ type of situation? Also, do you know if there is there any truth to the rumors about Pac getting dropped in sparring before he fought on Dec. 8th?
