i need to quicky cut 6 pds by next saturday for wrestling. i dont need to wrestle on tht day its just to certify at a weight. what are the best wys to cut the weight? not eating that day? i dont need to worry about the hydration test since that is ez to cheat. any ideas?
Cut out bread and pastas and any carbs that retain water. Cut back on your calories and do cardio everyday. This is the safest way without going hungry or dehydrating. Oh, and lots of fiber.
lol ive been doing that for a few months i lost 20 pds already. its just the last few pds i need to lose by next saturday. then i can lsoswly lose th last few pds
I don't want to sound mean or anything, but why do you always ask these kinds of questions here? It seems to me like it would be better to ask your coaches or some of the kids working out with you...
if you need it fast then just dont eat and work out a crap load. thats what i did. maybe dont drink anything friday and saturday. if yalls work out are anything remotely hard you'll make it with ease.
