For what is worth...here is my take about water or hhydrating during training...I tell this to my boxers, and I always train this way....NO MORE THAN SMALL ZIPS DURING TRAINING....why/ well you are fighting you don't hydrate your body constantly, you need to train your body to execute with the minimum amount of water, you hydrate two hours prior and two hours after work out...preferibly....dring my two hours routine...I drink maybe 6 oz max..more than likely just two onces....
